Paolo transformed another Pearl restaurant where guests enjoyed Southern Italian pizza, pasta, and main dishes in a welcoming ambiance. The all-glass envelope contained "rooms within a room" that drew customers in for a warm friendly experience. Customers selected from a variety of seating configurations tailored to offer a sense of intimacy for couples and groups. 

The restaurant won an Outstanding Remodeling Acheivement Award for the commercial design
