The original 1940's design was gutted to the shell to make way for a new Penthouse Remodel for a bachelorette who appreciates modern minimalism. A large kitchen opens up to a dining and living area complete with built-ins, wine storage, buffet center, wardrobe walls, media center and library wall. A new den sits so that the homeowner can work and enjoy her views. The two small bathrooms were combined to form a single master bathroom. Now the bachelorette can cook, entertain, relax, and bathe with an extensive view always in site.

The final transformation won a 2008 Outstanding Remodeling Achievement Award for the Design.
