Paolo Furniture

An 85-year-old manufacturing warehouse space located in the Pearl was retrofitted into a new bachelor's Loft Remodel.  While the design reinforces modern living, it also recycles the history and treasures of the building. Unlike the standard homes, walls are not used to define areas. Instead the space is organized by the use of open structures, adjustable wooden blinds, color, light, texture and form. Reclaimed marble, rebar pulls, polished granite, clear-finished cherry and steel are the design ingredients of choice.  This past-life warehouse easily adapts to the bachelor's up-to-the-minute whims, from fundraising festivities to comfort and warmth.  The remodel was featured on HGTV for the innovative use of space and Paolo's Multi-functional Furniure
