Whole House Remodel - Seen on HGTV

The existing 1950's Mid-Century awkward functions and outdated aesthetics were transformed to make way for the New-Century design for a Whole House Remodel, both inside and out.  The lighting design with strategically placed accent lighting, wood paneling and natural finishes bring life to the space.  Entertaining in the kitchen and dining area has been reclaimed.  The fireplace complete with slate tile and art niches create a focal point without blocking views.  Two dysfunctional baths combine to form a true master bath with convenient tub-to-shower configuration.

This project was featured on episode 813 on the HGTV series "What You Get for the Money" in 2009.  It also won a Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) 2008 Award by NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), for the category of an Entire House Remodel in the $250,000 - $500,000 price range.  Lastly, this project won a Silver Merit 2007 Award by the Home Builder's Association of Metropolitan Portland, for the category an Entire House Remodel in the $250,000 - $500,000 price range.
