Cost Feasibility Packages: Paolo Design Group is dedicated to providing high-quality projects at an affordable cost. We team up with pre-qualified remodelers to make that possible. Our Cost Feasibility Study is designed to identify project costs based on an actual design price by a construction professional. Because adherence to a budget is so important to every project, we implement this package as part of the overall Paolo design process. The study has three components:
- Pre-design site visit: A visit to your home to discuss your project requirements and gather measurements and photos of the existing conditions for use in the development of a conceptual design for your project.
- Conceptual design presentation: A conceptual design review meeting at our office with Paolo and our contractor to review the preliminary 3D space plan. This meeting will also include more discussion about your project requirements including materials, finishes, plumbing, and other product selections to make cost estimating more accurate. Our goal for this meeting is to eliminate more guesswork so the costing can be more accurate.
- Cost feasibility meeting: A follow-up meeting at our office with Paolo and the selected contractor to present a realistic construction budget and design cost for your project and conclude the feasibility study. We will also present you with a design-only or design-build contract to move forward with your project, whichever you prefer.

Master Planning: Sometimes there is more you would like to remodel that your budget can bear, yet you want it all to make good design sense in the end. Paolo Design Group provides Master Planning so you can break you project into phases and still maintain overall design integrity. We offer this in conjunction with standard services or as and a separate service package to help you prepare for your future projects.

Restaurant Planning and Design: Next to the quality of the food and the level of service, the restaurant layout and overall design plays a key role in the success of a restaurant. Restaurateurs know that curb appeal, and the first impression at the entrance sets the mood of the dining experience for restaurant-goers. Paolo Design Group understands this important relationship and brings strategic solutions along with beauty to Restaurant Design. We work closely with restaurant equipment consultant to coordinate the Kitchen layout with the Dining areas. We design to optimize seating arrangements providing the right experience for customers, making the most of existing space, and making it easy for serving. Furniture Planning and Design: Sometimes you can't afford to move a wall or build an addition. To that reality, Paolo Design Group has developed a line of dynamic furniture that can move around to help make smaller spaces perform BIG. Our Danza Tables and Desks are a classic example. Each piece is made to order, so once we meet with you we can help you find the right size, shape, materials and function to fit the way you live.
